What is the KORE by Imtiaz payment plan?
Two plans are available: 50/50 (20% on booking, 30% during construction, 50% on completion) and 60/40 post-handover (60% by completion, then 40% paid at 3.33% quarterly over three years). The post-handover plan is priced 10% higher, for example AED 1,210,000 instead of AED 1,100,000 for a one-bedroom.
How much do I need to book an apartment at KORE?
20% of the purchase price on booking, plus the Dubai Land Department registration fee of 4% and the applicable admin fees. For a studio from AED 679,000 the 20% booking amount is AED 135,800.
